I'm working on an electric bicycle conversion project, where I will determine the easiest and most cost-efficient way to convert an ordinary fixed gear bicycle into an electrically-powered bicycle within three months.

So I plan to create an open-sourced 'E-bike Conversion' handbook and deliver workshops to help others easily and cost-effectively create their own e-bikes and accelerate the transition to a net-zero economy.
